Booking Your Stay
Each property page on our site shows live pricing and availability for the next 90 days. Rates shown are nightly and do not include taxes and fees unless noted. To confirm dates and complete your reservation, book directly on the property page. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation by email with your stay details and next steps.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times are listed on your booking confirmation, as they can vary by home. Before your arrival, we'll send your access instructions and everything you need for a smooth, self-guided check-in. If you'd like to request an early check-in or late check-out, just reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate based on the home's schedule.
House Rules
Every home includes its full house rules in your confirmation and home guide. A few apply to all Alpenglow stays:
No smoking inside any property
Please respect the maximum occupancy listed for your home
Observe quiet hours and be considerate of neighbors
No parties or events without prior written approval
Pet Policy
Many of our homes welcome pets. Look for the "Pet Friendly" label on the listing, and please let us know you're bringing a pet when you book. Additional pet fees or restrictions may apply depending on the home, so contact us before booking if you have any questions.
Parking
Parking varies by property. Specific parking instructions, including any permits or assigned spots, are included in your home guide and arrival details.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before check-in. Cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in receive a 50 percent refund. Cancellations made after that point are non-refundable. Policies may vary by home, so please review the terms shown at checkout for your specific reservation.

Our homes are spread across the Wasatch Front, from downtown Salt Lake City to the mountain neighborhoods near Park City and the Cottonwood Canyons. Salt Lake City International Airport is a convenient gateway to the entire area, with most homes a short drive from the ski resorts, canyons, and city attractions.
