The main level of The Cottage on Main is home to the exposed brick living room, the dining area, the kitchen, the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom and second full bathroom. 

Passing through the kitchen you'll enter into the office which also leads to the backyard and stairs down to the second level.

We dropped an item on the floor and used a wet paper towel to clean the area; the paper towel turned completely black from the dirt on the floor. The walls were heavily scuffed and had several large stains. The level of cleanliness made us uncomfortable using many areas of the home. We did not feel comfortable sitting on much of the furniture, and there was a persistent dusty, musty odor throughout the house. As a result, we spent as little time inside as possible. The downstairs rooms also have very low ceilings, requiring us to duck while moving around. The location was convenient and close to a great coffee shop, but the surrounding area felt somewhat questionable." (6/5)
