Farmington Oasis-Views, Space & Comfort 1.25 acres

Had a group of 8 in town for a dodgeball tournament and the house was perfect for our stay. Dustin was super communicative and accommodating during our trip, would definitely recommend

Thank you for hosting us. We enjoyed our trip overall, but I wanted to share some concerns about the condition of the property. The home was advertised as a luxury property, but unfortunately its condition did not meet that standard. Throughout our stay, we noticed numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues, including: * The master bathroom walls were not fully painted. * Numerous holes, damaged drywall, and unfinished wall repairs throughout the home. * The shower handle in the master bathroom was broken. * The light fixture above the master bed is broken. * The towel rack in the master bathroom is missing/broken. * Brown spotting consistent with mold or mildew on the ceiling and walls of the guest bathroom. * Several areas that appeared unfinished or in need of repair, giving the impression that maintenance had not been completed prior to our arrival. *Broken lock on door to deck *Kitchen faucets drips *Middle knobs on stoves
