The Historic Avenues area is a local's favorite for good reason. There are beautiful and historic homes on quiet tree lined streets and you're still only minutes from the best that Salt Lake has to offer. Nearby you have many shops (including a coffee shop less than a block away), restaurants, beautiful City Creek Canyon, the University of Utah and much more.

Whether you have a vehicle or not, the place is walking distance to just about any thing you'd want to see in the city. Also, the place is less than a mile walk from the nearest TRAX light rail station, and Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful across the valley making them a quick and convenient choice as well.

A private kitchen, Wi-Fi and comfortable living space make this apartment a practical option for business assignments, University visits, relocations, medical stays and other extended stays.

Unpack, settle in and experience Salt Lake City more like a local.
