New Contemporary Historical Unit in SLC from, 5 Star Host

I have never felt the need to write an Airbnb review before, but I feel obligated to warn future guests about our experience. When we checked in, we found roach traps hidden throughout the unit, several containing roaches, and there was also a dead roach in the corner of the bathroom. Also, during our stay, a water main break left the unit without running water, making it impossible to shower or flush the toilet. We were forced to vacate the unit, and the host refused to provide a full refund for that night. After we vacated, the host falsely claimed that we had damaged the apartment by leaving the kitchen faucet running, even though our checkout video showed the faucets were turned off and the unit was left clean. Again, the overall experience was so bad that I felt compelled to write this review. I hope this helps future guests make an informed decision before booking.

This is a very nice clean place, but on the last night I was there the window air conditioners could not keep up with the extreme heat. It was quite hot. Other than that, it was lovely.

This quiet little place was perfectly located! Easy to park, easy to walk to shopping, park, and restaurants nearby. Loved the skylight in the bathroom, comfy couch, easy check-in, and mirror closet. Zero night noise!
