New! - Downtown Private Historic Avenues Apartment

It was a pleasant stay, I stayed for over a month and I didnt have any problems. I would book the same place if I'm ever in salt lake city again.

The place was very clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet area and is conveniently located near downtown. The hosts were accommodating and helpful. This is not the hosts’ fault at all, however, I feel it’s important to mention that if you are thinking of bringing a car, that the city parking rules are not posted. I received a $56 parking ticket because I was less than 20ft from the crosswalk. If you can, avoid parking near the crosswalk. Others in that area also received a ticket, even though there were people parked in the same spot I had the next day. I just wanted to pass along this information so that others do not find themselves in the same situation. Thank you for a nice stay and your hospitality!
