Wasatch Grove - Prvt Hot Tub, Close to Cottonwood Canyons Resorts!

Everything about the property was great, except for the lack of A/C in the unit. The listing clearly said it had A/C and I would not have booked it if I knew it didn't have it. During our stay it was 104 degrees on one day and at or near 100 degrees on the other days. The condo was miserably hot and the swamp cooler could not keep up with tempering the air. I'm sure this unit would be great in the winter because it does have a furnace, but pretty miserable in the summer. Location was great. Easy to get in and out of it and to get around town. What needs to change is how the property is listed - It doesn't have A/C and that needs to be removed. In reading past reviews more closely, it appears this has happened before and another customer left the same review I have. Please change the listing of A/C in your information on this unit.

Estuvo bueno y espacioso el lugar

We got lucky with this one. Air BnB left us hanging with a last minute cancellation by another host and we were able to get this one with about two hours notice before check in. The are was quiet and safe and easy to get everywhere we needed to go. The streets in the neighborhood were being re-paved so we had to park outside of the neighborhood for a couple of days, but it was an easy walk to the car. I appreciated how responsive the host was and how quickly we were able to get this place with practically no notice. I would definitely rent from him again.
