Wasatch Oaks 5BR Prime location between Big & Little Cottonwood Canyon

We had the perfect girls’ weekend getaway! The townhome was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all 9 of us, and the beds were comfortable with plenty of extra bedding available. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and essentials we needed to prepare meals for a large group. Parking was also fantastic, with space for 2 vehicles in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and additional parking right next to the home. The hot tub was definitely a highlight! We had plenty of time to relax and enjoy it, and even the rainy weather made the experience that much more enjoyable. 🥰 Our host, Dustin, was wonderful! He responded quickly to all our questions and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and that we were enjoying our stay. Overall, this was a fantastic place for a girls’ getaway, and we made some wonderful memories here. We would absolutely recommend this townhome to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious place to stay with a larger group!

I would stay here again. It was very roomy and comfortable for the 7 of us. Pros -Hot tub and pool table. Hot tub was clean and we played lots of pool. -Surplus of linens throughout the home. I loved not having to ration or do too much laundry. Beach towels also provided for the hot tub. -Clean -Basic dry cooking ingredients and coffee supplied -Safe neighborhood -Comfortable beds and comfy pillows -Selection of board games and books -Garage can be parked in -Short and sweet check out instructions. Cons -Backyard and hot tub area are visible and accessible from neighbors and parking lot. Once you're in the hot tub, a piece of privacy fence blocks the parking lot, but you can still be seen by the neighbors. -Kitchen window offers no privacy from parking lot view. -A few basic repairs and deep cleaning could be done. Nothing that impacted our stay. (Ex. Dusty ceiling fan, non working stove hood or a blown light.) -Pool table is too close to walls and cannot be moved.

We will definitely be returning. Dustin was a wonderful host, but the property was absolutely perfect for my 3 teenage boys. Queen beds in all rooms. And everyone had fabulous night sleeps. Fully stocked kitchen. Hot tub was clean. The townhouse is a little outdated, but one of the cleanest properties I’ve stayed in. The theme of the townhouse was mentioned by all of my teenagers of how fun the decor was the pool table was the absolute highlight of the trip in many hours we had in the basement. The townhouse is an end unit and so there is additional parking which was beautiful and private feeling. we are already talking about when we’re going back.
